January 11 brings us sad news. One of Earth's best men, Robert Anton Wilson, visionary, has moved on to the next plane. Please visit via this link for the official announcement... http://robertantonwilson.blogspot.com/2007/01/raw-essence.html
His grace, vision and eloquence will be sorely missed... a constant source of inspiration he will remain, however, and we will forever have his works and his spirit to guide us.
Blessed be.

...and this
coral pools
This is part of the ancient coral reef where our little trilobite-mimicing buddies of five posts back were discovered. It was a wonderful spot... so beautiful in a "primitive" way... the colors were fantastic... note how the water is in at least 3 different tints not counting the Gulf itself... very cool... and not one rock... 100% coral and other sea creature fossils! That's what really got me going from the start. The locals, we found out later while walking to find a bus... err, minivan, back to town... didn't find these wonderful chunks of ancient life the least bit valuable... we passed a construction site where they were just piled into heaps with all the other trash... I can understand that to a point... if, as I suspect, the entire island, or at least the bit we were on, is part of this reef, then they really wouldn't have much choice, and they'd probably be perceived as just "rocks." But, still, it's sad, in a way. Oh, hey, if you dig it a lot, this image is available in high resolution prints and on products at ArtWanted.com, where it garnered an independent artist's rating by Tom and Susan Repasky of 10.000... the previous post's image, which is available here, achieved a similar result. I was on the jazz about shooting through my first Leica

The Ig and I
That's what our Jim called this picture he took of John Anthony West and me at a scenic overlook on Isla Roatan. I had been giving our hardy Forteans a thrill driving our rented Toyota minivan all over the island hunting the animal reserve and find it we did, but sadly too late, as I kept getting lost... the strange signage extant in this otherwise gorgeous land was mostly to blame for that... but it was fun giving all a thrill... need to go back and get a sportscar, for sure... but then I'd no doubt get locked up... ;) ...interesting date on Jim's camera, eh? The photo below, also by Puca, is nearly opposite the above shot and shows Chris and others in our party wondering just what they'd gotten themselves into...

Nitwits of the Caribbean

It was a bad movie; Felix and Oscar do a Cheech and Chong Road Trip. From the moment I laid eyes on the Ton Ton MacCooties guarding the Airport, where we picked up the 12 passenger van, I knew it was going to be Hell on Wheels. White shirts, black slacks and M-16s. No groovy sunglasses as the island hadn't seen the sun in some time. Our Van looked like it was just back from Iraq and had no license plate ... seems the Island is so tiny they know each car by sight.
So back at the boat, we load four more people and drive to the Iguana Farm. They are much fun and they smell awful. I was naturally sympatico at once. We got lost in the village and Sky was upset with roadkill floating in the town canal. (There was probably a dentist or three in there as well) That's quite offputting as they were washing their clothes in the stream as well. The local hotel chain is called Carrion and has live vultures circling constantly. The supermarket was 8'x 10'! Suffering a flash back, The Igg roared down a side road and found the local Fuel Dump and while John Anthony West asked for directions, Iggy attemped to light a Marlboro Light 100. The Ton Tons were not amused.
Off to the beach we ended up on the top of the local mountain and got the best view of the trip. We then got lost and ended up with people flying over our heads on cables. One of our party became upset over the whole deal and we decamped back to our floating City. AC, Toilets, room service, a dozen bars....arrrgghhh! Matey That's the Life for me. Even with it's tacky decor The Valor was a welcome sight.

New Lab Findings Point To Silicone/Silica and High Density Polyethlyene Fibers Causing Morgellons Disease
http://www.dldewey.com/morgel.htm
A new article by David Lawrence Dewey, discussing research into the cause of Morgellons conducted by Dr. Hildegarde Staninger, RIET-1, Industrial Toxicologist/IH & Doctor of Integrative Medicine.
Staninger's findings indicate that much of the problem is due to concoctions containing nanotech viruses that food manufacturers have been spraying on our meats and vegetables since August 2006, resulting in our unwitting ingestion of numerous bacteriophages, endotoxins and silica/silicone materials. This frightening scenario is, as might be expected looking at the world as I do, fully approved by the Food and Drug Administration. My best friend says I'm too paranoid, I'm not so sure...
Do check it out. Links to Staninger's full conference paper and many Morgellons resources are listed as well.

Just what, exactly, is this?
A quandary we are in, yes indeed... your assistance is hereby respectfully requested.
You see, after our successful escape from Hell itself, we walked south along Seven Mile Beach aways and decided shortly thereafter to explore the impressive bed of rock that formed the northern part of the "beach," only to discover that they weren't rocks at all, but a vast array of fossilized corals, crinoids and other wonderfully lovely creatures.
Much fun and wonderment ensued, and as Skylaire reached the little tidepools at the outer edge, she excitedly called out to me, for a discovery had been made! She'd found these fantastic living creatures!
Quite a lot of them, actually, looking for all the world like trilobites... nestled flush to the overall surface in little cavities in the outcropping that closely conformed to their shape. Skylaire, a brave lass, indeed, touched one, but it didn't react... it was hard and it was smooth. These creatures were about 4 inches long and contrasted with the coral they were living in rather than being camouflaged. (It was more dramatic a difference than in the photo, if I get inspired I'll adjust the curves in Photoshop.)
We both really want to know what these animals are... can anyone give us some insight? Grand Cayman, near Hell, is the place.

Video showing Woolworth 9/11 anomalies
http://terrorize.dk/911/wtc2hit8/911.wtc.2.hit.north.1.enl.wmv
Suitably blurry in a fortean sense, the video on this Danish site shows the anomalous trail of an object originating from the direction of the Woolworth building... corroborating reports on that day from both police officers and firefighters regarding attacks from that location.
I'm still not sure how it fits in, unless the Woolworth building was a control center coordinating the white jet and the helicopter activities... much more research needs to be done in this area.
Let's hope the truth is revealed before it's too late or before we all die of old age.

Back to reality... with a renewed mission and raison d'etre
Hello High Strangeness readers, I do hope you are all well and enjoying the festive season in health and happiness. It's surprisingly mild here in beautiful downtown Corn Cob, CT... probably due to the extensive chemtrail cover. Raining today... sigh.
I'm back from the INFO seacruise and floating FortScape in one piece but with a cold that seems to want to hang out for a bit. Apparently some of us are suffering the same fate. I'll probably write a review of it a little later... but the best thing about it was that I got to spend 11 straight days with the woman I so deeply love. The second best thing about it was that I saw a real live gol-dang UFO! Yes sirree it set new standards for that which is wicked cool in the eyes of an Ig... after a bit when it started to hang out I flew down below to get her but she wasn't in the room and on my return to the aft deck my little sea skimming buddy had flown the coop. As I had only gone up for a smoke my camera was back in the room... typical, eh? Not that it would've recorded much, Leica lens or not. More later... Being with the Fortean crowd was great of course as hanging with John Anthony, Will, BJ, Puca, new friends Chuck and Kat, Gary and Angel, Marion and all the rest is good for the head and we had a few somewhat different lectures and even a film showing. Many thanks to Phyllis and Al for arranging it all and to our Puca as well for vital logistics regarding some classified operations.
I'm going to endeavor to make sure that 2007 is the most kick-ass year ever in the history of an Iguloid entity... legions of ducks need to be aligned in rows and vast quantities of merde need to be consolidated into one solid block. I predict - this is gonna be some good shite. And Jim, remember your password, alright, dude? Seriously.
Be well my friends,
Ig
